This Data Inventory has been developed by the Petroleum Affairs Division (PAD) of Ireland's Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to provide online access to its meta-database. The meta-database contains information on hydrocarbon exploration & development data from offshore Ireland as well as summary information on individual wells and surveys. Access to data will be through PAD’s Data Agents and ‘contact’ links are provided in each record. To search the meta-database, simply select a category from the left-hand menu bar and enter your search criteria in the Search Screens. A Location Map showing Quadrant numbers and offshore Basin outlines can be downloaded for reference as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. The same map will appear as a static image on each Search Screen.
